Abstract
This research is to know the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance. The object of this research is At PT Svarnatech Jaya Solusi. This research was conducted on 54 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of Organizational Culture, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Svarnatech Jaya Solutions. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows positive and significant values of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this research states that there is influence simultaneously between the variables Organizational Culture, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance PT Svarnatech Jaya Solutions. Keywords: organizational culture, competence, motivation, employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Pada PT Svarnatech Jaya Solusi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 54 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Svarnatech Jaya Solusi. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai positif dan signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Svarnatech Jaya Solusi.
