Abstract

This research is to know the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Teamwork and workload on employee performance at West Jakarta Kebon Jeruk Health Center. The population in this study is all paramedical employees who numbered 100 people. The sample of this study is all members of the population (saturated samples). Data analysis method using Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) variant. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has no effect on employee performance, teamwork has a positive effect on employee performance and work load positively affect employee performance Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Teamwork, Workload, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecerdasan emosional, Kerjasama tim dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan paramedis yang berjumalah 100 orang .Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota populasi (sampel jenuh). Metode analisis data menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) yang berbasis varian Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Kerjasama Tim, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
