Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of Recruitmen, Selection and Training on employee performance. The object for this research is employees Outsourcing Security PT.Mahesa Makmur Sentosa, Cikarang The population in this research were 80. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach with Non Probability Sampling method using Saturation Sampling. Data collection using questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Data processing for statistical tests performed with SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables (Recruitment, Selection and Training ) positive and significant effect on employee performance Outsourcing Security PT.Mahesa Makmur Sentosa, Cikarang Keyword : Recrutiment, Selection, Training , employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rekrutmen, Seleksi dan Pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Outsorcing Security PT. Mahesa Makmur Sentosa, Cikarang Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 yang terdiri dari karyawan Outsourcing Security PT. Mahesa Makmur Sentosa. Hasil Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode Non Probability Sampling menggunakan jenuh Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data untuk uji statistik dilakukan dengan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen (Rekrutmen, Seleksi Dan Pelatihan ) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Outsourcing Security PT. Mahesa Makmur Sentosa, Cikarang Kata Kunci : Rekrutmen, Seleksi, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan.
