Abstract

This research is to know the Influence of Compensation and Motivation on Employees Performance in Koperasi Wahana Kalpika located at Jalan Joglo Raya West Jakarta, Number of employees in Koperasi Wahana Kalpika is 50 people, and Analysis is in use is Statistical analysis in the form of Multiple Linear Regression test where the results of this study show that, Compensation Variables have a positive but not significant impact on Employees Performance in Koperasi Wahana Kalpika, While the Motivation Variables has a positive and significant effect on Employess Performance in Koperasi Wahana Kalpika. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Koperasi Wahana Kalpika yang terletak di Jalan Joglo Raya Jakarta Barat, Jumlah karyawan di Koperasi Wahana Kalpika berjumlah 50 orang, dan Analisis yang di gunakan adalah Analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji Regresi Linear Berganda dimana hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh Positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Koperasi Wahana Kalpika, Sedangkan Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Koperasi Wahana Kalpika. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kinerja
