Abstract
Batik popularity in Indonesia was increasing nevertheless feel difficult batik Banyumasan the pierce a thing. Remains less batik reputation of Banyumas, if a comparison with batik from Pekalongan, Solo, and Yogyakarta, this can be seen from productivity which is still low and products have not been able to penetrate the export market. This study attempts to, 1) Identify the factors that affect competitiveness KUB Batik Banyumasan and analyzes and determining the position of strategic KUB Batik Banyumasan (case study KUB Pringmas), 2) Formulate strategy compete with and determine priority strategy compete KUB Batik Banyumasan (case study KUB Pringmas). In identifying factors affecting competitiveness, use the Model Diamond Porter, value chain, VRIO, IFAS, SFAS dan SFAS matriks. In drafting a competing strategies and priorities, using AHP dan SWOT analysis. The correspondent at this study divided into, experts and internal company correspondent. The results of the study factors that most affect competitiveness industi batik Banyumasan KUB Pringmas, is human resources, and actor the most important is craftsman. Priority the formulation startegi compete is: factor driving is the presence of goods not enough to market needs. Factors barrier is the selling price a competitor who lower. Alternative strategy is, improve the quantity and quality products. Keyword :Competitiveness, Model Diamond Porter, SWOT, AHP, KUB Pringmas Popularitas Batik di Indonesia makin meningkat, meskipun demikian batik Banyumasan serasa sulit menembus hal tersebut. Batik Banyumas masih kalah pamor jika dibandingkan batik Pekalongan, Solo, dan Yogyakarta, hal ini terlihat dari produktifitas yang masih rendah dan juga produk belum mampu menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya saing KUB Batik Banyumasan serta menganalisis dan menentukan posisi strategik KUB Batik Banyumasan (Studi Kasus KUB Pringmas), 2) Menyusun/ merumuskan rancangan strategi bersaing dan menentukan prioritas strategi bersaing KUB Batik Banyumasan (Studi Kasus KUB Pringmas). Dalam mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya saing menggunakan Model Berlian Porter, rantai nilai,VRIO, matriks IFAS, EFAS dan SFAS. Dalam merumuskan rancangan dan prioritas strategi bersaing menggunakan analisa SWOT dan AHP. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini terbagi atas narasumber pakar dan narasumber internal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian faktor yang paling mempengaruhi daya saing industi batik Banyumasan KUB Pringmas yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan aktor yang paling berperan adalah Pengrajin (Pembatik). Prioritas perumusan startegi bersaing adalah: fator pendorong adalah ketersediaan barang belum mencukupi kebutuhan pasar. Faktor penghambat adalah harga jual pesaing yang lebih rendah. Alternatif strategi adalah meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produk. Kata Kunci: Daya Saing, Model Berlian Porter, SWOT, AHP, KUB Pringmas
