Abstract

Electrical energy is one of life's most important necessities for us, in the absence of electrical energy various human activities can’t run well and smoothly but excessive electrical energy consumption will bring bad impact. Stages include energy surveys, preliminary energy audits and detailed energy audits, benefits gained after conducting energy audits of knowing the energy user profile of district inspectorate building x, banten and looking for energy saving opportunities to make energy use more efficient. An energy audit is one way to find out whether the level of energy consumption in the district inspectorate building x banten falls into the extravagant or efficient category. The method used in this research is by using Visual Studio. From the result of the research, it was found that the intensity of energy consumption (IKE) in x district inspectorate building, banten is 3.84 kWh/m2 /month or 46.02 kWh/m2 /year. Enter in the category of highly efficient which is where to standardize office buildings that is 240 kWh/m2/ Year. Average lighting conditions for each room under 350 lux. AC condition in general its performance can be said very efficient. Keywords: Energy Audit, Energy Conservation, IKE, Visual Studio Energi listrik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan hidup yang paling penting bagi kita, tanpa adanya energi listrik berbagai aktifitas manusia tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar namun konsumsi energi listrik secara berlebihan akan membawa dampak buruk. Tahapan yang dilakukan diantaranya survei energy, audit energi awal serta audit energi rinci, manfaat yang didapatkan setelah melakukan audit energi yaitu mengetahui profil pengguna energi gedung inspektorat kabupaten x, banten serta mencari peluang penghematan energi agar pemakaian energi lebih efisien. Audit energi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat pemakaian energi di gedung inspektorat kabupaten x banten masuk dalam kategori boros atau efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Visual Studio. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan nilai Intensitas konsumsi energi (IKE) pada gedung inspektorat kabupaten x, banten sebesar 3.84 kWh/m2/Bulan atau 46.02 kWh/m2/Tahun. Masuk dalam kategori sangat efisien yang dimana untuk standarisasi gedung perkantoran yaitu 240 kWh/m2/Tahun. Kondisi lampu penerangan rata-rata tiap ruangan dibawah 350 lux. Kondisi Ac secara umum kinerjanya bisa dikatakan sangat efisien. Kata kunci: Audit Energi, Konservasi Energi, IKE,Visual Studio
