Abstract
Bertindomas Ciptasatya is a ones company in the manufacturing industry of coffee processing machines field. Strong competition and increasingly production costs make companies have to think of alternative strategies to stay survive with acceptable production costs. Decision make or buy started. This research was conducted to study and analyze problems related to supplier selection. Data collection was carried out by kuisioner, interviews and literature studies. Five Respondents were selected and measured based on their competencies. Interviews with experts, result was obtained by four alternative suppliers, namely "A", "B", "C" and "D". While the criteria include Price, Quality, Delivery on time and customer complaints. Respondent 5 people filled out the questionnaire form. Data processing using the MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making) method is AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) with the result is supplier selection and ranking based on measurable criteria Keywords: Supplier, manufacture, AHP, MCDM PT. Bertindomas Ciptasatya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri manufaktur pembuat mesin pengolahan kopi. Persaingan yang ketat serta biaya produksi yang semakin mahal, membuat perusahaan harus memikirkan strategi alternatif untuk tetap dapat bertahan dengan biaya produksi yang masih dapat dikerjakan. Keputusan untuk Make or Buy dijalankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis masalah yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan supplier. Para responden di pilih dan di seleksi berdasarkan kemampuan kerja yang disyaratkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan studi literatur. Dari hasil wawancara dengan para ahli, pengumpulan data diperoleh 4 alternatif pemasok yaitu “A”, “B”, “C” dan “D”. Sedangkan yang menjadi kriterianya antara lain Harga, Kualitas, Pengiriman tepat waktu dan sesuai jumlah dan penanganan keluhan pelanggan. Responden 5 orang mengisi form kuisioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making) yaitu AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) dengan hasil nya adalah seleksi dan pemeringkatan supplier berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah terukur.
