Abstract
Review of the implementation of the practical work of the project Hosptal Yayasan YARSI includes the job structure of the Ramp . The job structure of the ramp involves several activities, among others, is a work measurement, pembesian, formwork, formwork, demolition, casting and concrete treatments done on the structure elements such as columns, beams and plates the floor. In addition to that project management as a process of planning, regulation, leadership, and control of a project should have a command line and a good coordination. The provision of tools and building materials as well as the control and supervision of the project becomes an important factor in achieving the success of a project. Keywords: the job structure of the ramp, project management, project control Peninjauan pelaksanaan Kerja Praktik Proyek Rumah Sakit Yayasan YARSI meliputi Pekerjaan struktur Ramp. Pekerjaan struktur ramp melibatkan beberapa kegiatan antara lain adalah pekerjaan pengukuran, pembesian, bekisting, pengecoran, pembongkaran bekisting, dan perawatan beton yang dilakukan pada elemen-elemen struktur atas seperti kolom, balok dan pelat lantai. Selain itu Manajemen proyek sebagai suatu proses dari perencanaan, pengaturan, kepemimpinan, dan pengendalian dari suatu proyek harus memiliki garis perintah dan koordinasi yang baik. Penyediaan alat dan bahan bangunan serta pengendalian dan pengawasan proyek menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan suatu proyek.
