Abstract
The Microwave Installation Project has not yet implemented a specific method of performing project scheduling. Given the importance of scheduling the project, implementing the Critical Path Method (CPM) method can help identify the most realistic time for each activity, can help show the relationship of each activity, with other activities, and can identify relationships that should take precedence among activities. The purpose of writing a report with this CPM method is to determine the project completion time. The steps taken to find out the normal time of completion of the project, as well as recommend the optimum time of completion of the project. From the analysis of the data is known normal time of completion of the project is 35 days, then the optimum time of project completion is 27 days. By using optimum time, the project can be completed 8 days faster. Proyek Instalasi Microwave belum menerapkan metode khusus dalam melakukan penjadwalan proyek. Mengingat pentingnya penjadwalan dalam proyek, dengan menerapkan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) dapat membantu mengidentifikasi waktu yang paling realistis untuk setiap aktivitas, dapat membantu menunjukkan hubungan setiap aktivitas, dengan aktivitas yang lainnya, serta dapat mengidentifikasi hubungan yang harus didahulukan diantara aktivitas. Tujuan penulisan laporan dengan metode CPM ini adalah menentukan waktu penyelesaian proyek. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah mengetahui waktu normal penyelesaian proyek, serta merekomendasikan waktu optimum penyelesaikan proyek. Dari analisa data diketahui waktu normal penyelesaian proyek adalah 35 hari, kemudian waktu optimum penyelesaian proyek adalah 27 hari. Dengan menggunakan waktu optimum, proyek dapat selesai 8 hari lebih cepat.
