Abstract
ABSTRACT Bank BCA is one of the largest Banks in Indonesia. Currently, various facilities have been provided by BCA to customers to facilitate customers in providing banking services because almost every day Bank BCA is always crowded by customers. One of BCA's banking services innovation is providing online savings account opening facility. Deposits are one of BCA's savings products and have an advantage because interest rates are higher than other savings products. To increase the interest of customers in opening deposit account in a more efficient way, the authors make a proposal to design a deposit account opening system that is done online through Klik BCA Individu. The design of this system aims to facilitate customers to more quickly in the application for opening an account at Customer Service. The research method used is observation to Customer Service at the time of opening deposit account, interview, and by method of library study to theory which berkatan with research title. The results obtained from the research of the analysis of the deposit account opening process and the proposal system. Keywords : deposit, Customer Service, Bank BCA, Klik BCA, customer ABSTRAKSI Bank BCA merupakan salah satu Bank terbesar di Indonesia. Saat ini berbagai kemudahan telah diberikan oleh BCA kepada nasabah untuk memudahkan nasabah dalam memberikan layanan transaksi perbankan karena hampir setiap harinya Bank BCA selalu ramai dikunjungi oleh nasabah. Salah satu inovasi layanan perbankan BCA yaitu menyediakan fasilitas pembukaan rekening tabungan secara online. Deposito merupakan salah satu produk tabungan BCA dan memiliki keunggulan karena bunganya lebih tinggi dibandingkan produk tabungan lain. Untuk meningkatkan minat nasabah dalam melakukan pembukaan rekening deposito dengan cara yang lebih efisien, maka penulis membuat usulan perancangan sistem pembukaan rekening deposito yang dilakukan secara online melalui Klik BCA Individu. Perancangan sistem ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan nasabah agar lebih cepat dalam melakukan permohonan pembukaan rekening di Customer Service. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi terhadap Customer Service pada saat sedang melakukan pembukaan rekening deposito, wawancara, serta dengan metode studi kepustakaan terhadap teori yang berkatan dengan judul penelitian. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian yaitu analisis terhadap proses pembukaan rekening deposito serta sistem usulannya. Kata Kunci: deposito, Customer Service, Bank BCA, Klik BCA, nasabah.
