Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that cause material that have been installed in the aircraft has not been recorded in the System Application and Program (SAP) and efforts that can be made to achieve the standard Key Performance Indicator (KPI). The method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive method. The analyzer used is Fishbone and 5W + 1H analysis. The research data used is secondary data for 6 months (January to June 2017). The population in this research is the data of spare parts report waiting to be used (WTU) in 2016 until 2017. The sample in this research is the data of material waiting to be used (WTU) report for six months from January to June. In the Pareto Diagram it was found that the most cause was due to the Robbing Material process. In Fishbone Diagram found the main cause is because less aware of the importance of data updates on the System Applications and Products (SAP). The results obtained are to improve the discipline in updating the System Application and Product (SAP) with Reward and Punishment schemes. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya suku cadang yang telah dipasang di pesawat belum terdata di System Application and Program (SAP) dan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai standar Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif Deskriptif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Fishbone dan analisa 5W+1H. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder selama 6 bulan (Januari sampai dengan Juni 2017). Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu capaian data laporan suku cadang waiting to be used (WTU) tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2017. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu capaian data laporan suku cadang waiting to be used (WTU) selama enam bulan periode bulan Januari sampai dengan Juni tahun 2017. Pada Diagram Pareto ditemukan bahwa penyebab terbanyak adalah karena proses Robbing Material. Pada Diagram Fishbone ditemukan penyebab utamanya adalah karena kurang sadar akan pentingnya update data pada System Application and Product (SAP). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah dengan meningkatkan kedisiplinan dalam melakukan update di System Application and Product (SAP) dengan skema pemberian Reward and Punishment.
