Abstract

Poliklinik Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI merupakan unit pelayanan masyarakat di bidang kesehatan yang berada di Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI. Pada Poliklinik Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI pengolahan data masih menggunakan sistem manual, dimana pengolahan data medis pasien dilakukan dengan cara mencari dan mencatat dari dokumen yang sangat banyak. Sehingga Poliklinik Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI sering kesulitan dalam mengelola data rekam medis pasien dan pembuatan laporan. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem informasi rekam medis yang dapat mempermudah Poliklinik Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI dalam mengolah data rekam medis pasien yang baik dan akurat sehingga penanganan medis menjadi efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web PHP menggunakan framework Laravel dan MySQL sebagai database. Kata Kunci: Poliklinik, Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis, Laravel
