Abstract
Turnover rate of employees in head office of a retail company in East Jakarta in the last two quarters of 2016 has increased. Based on the basic study there are three aspects related to Turnover Intention; Salary Level, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment. Research has been conducted to determine the influence of Salary Level, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention (employee turnover) of employees at the head office of a retail company in East Jakarta. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study found that Salary Level, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment has not influences, moderate, and strong with negative influences to Turnover Intention. The results showed that employee turnover rate increased in the last two quarters of 2016 due to decreased aspects of organizational commitment to the company. In this study also conducted descriptive analysis to provide an overview of the level of approval of respondents associated with turnover intention in the company.
