Abstract

This study aims to know theim pact of Motivation an dEmp lo yee Development eitherpartially Or simultane ously to wards Productivity. This research was desc riptive an dverific ative. Methodused was survey and by applying Quota sampling technique was taken by mean of questi on naires. Totals am ple of respondents pick ed from IETC employee as population.
