Abstract
E-DIMQA adalah sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mempermudah dan atau mempercepat distribusi quality assurance manual beserta jika terjadi revisi dari customer ke supplier. Selain itu E-DIMQA juga diperlukan sebagai panduan yang berfungsi menyediakan dokumen jaminan kualitas produk serta dapat menginformasikan berbagai macam permasalahan terkini yang terjadi di pelanggan (customer). Didalam proses distribusi atau penarikan quality assurance manual saat ini proses berjalannya dilakukan dengan tatap muka langsung antara penanggung jawab pelanggan (customer) dan pemasok (supplier), dimana pemasok mendatangi pelanggan untuk mengambil dan mengatarkan dokumen quality assurance manual sementara letak geografis pelanggan berjauhan jarak tempuhnya. Sehingga dari proses tersebut membutuhkan waktu lama untuk distribusi dan atau penarikan quality assurance manual jika terjadi revisi serta memperlambat proses penerapan juga sulit untuk pengontrolan dokumen quality assurance manual, karena kesibukan masing-masing penanggung jawab terkait atas pekerjaan lainnya. Agar dapat menguraikan permasalah di atas, karena itu perlu dirancang sebuah sistem distribusi secara online supaya informasi yang diberikan lebih cepat, efisien, merata dan mudah bagi pemasok dan pelanggan. Untuk itu dibuatkanlahsuatu sistem dengan menggunakan PHP Framework dan MySQL sabagai databasenya yang mampu membantu dalam proses distribusi dan pengontrolan dokumen. E-DIMQA is an application that is used for easier and or hasten the distribution of quality assurance manual along with if there is a change to the document from customer to supplier. Additionally E-DIMQA also needed as a guide that serves provide the document about product quality assurance as well as can be inform all sorts of current problems that occurred in the customer. In the process of distribution or withdrawal of the current quality assurance manual the process that takes place is done with face to face between person in charge customer and supplier, Where the supplier visited to customer for picking up and dropping off the document quality assurance manual. While the geografis of customer far apart about distance rate. So that from the process takes a long time for distribution and or withdrawal of quality assurance manual if there is a change along with slows the process of implementation as well difficult to controlthe document quality assurance manual, because of busy each person in charge about the work of other. In order that can be decipher the above problems, therefore need to be designed an online distribution system that the provided information faster, effecient, be spread evenly and be easily for customer-supplier. for it, create a system by using PHP Framework and MySQL as basis data capable to assist in the process of distribution and control the document.
