Abstract

Laba ditugaskan untuk menyediakan, baik pengukuran perubahan kekayaan pemegang saham selama periode maupun mengestimasi laba usaha sekarang, yaitu sampai sejauh mana perusahaan dapat menutupi biaya operasi dan menghasilkan pengembalian kepada pemegang sahamnya. Peran laba yang kedua yaitu sebagai indikator profitabilitas perusahaan, sangat krusial bagi seorang analis, karena membantu dalam mengestimasi potensi laba di masa depan, yang tidak diragukan lagi merupakan satu dari tugas yang terpenting dalam analisis usaha. Fluktuasi nilai tukar Rupiah akan menimbulkan risiko pertukaran yang menguntungkan dan merugikan. Bila fluktuasi nilai Rupiah dalam kondisi normal maka risikonya terhadap arus kas dan value perusahaan adalah menguntungkan. Sedangkan bila terjadi depresiasi Rupiah maka risikonya terhadap arus kas dan value perusahaan adalah merugikan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif. Penelitian komparatif adalah penelitian yang bersifat membandingkan. Dengan menggunakan Uji Beda T-Test yang menghasilkan laba/NPM, ATO, ROA, dan ROE tidak berbeda signifikan sebelum dan sesudah terjadinya fluktuasi nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap Dolar Amerika.Profit was assigned to provide, either measurement of changes in shareholder wealth during the period and operating profit estimate now, namely the extent to which companies can cover operating costs and earn a reasonable return to its shareholders. The second is the role of profit as an indicator of the profitability of the company, it is crucial for an analyst, as it helps in estimating the earnings potential in the future, which is undoubtedly one of the most important tasks in the analysis effort. Rupiah exchange rate fluctuations will cause favorable exchange risk and harm. When the fluctuation of the rupiah under normal conditions, the risks to cash flow and the value of the company is profitable. While in case of depreciation of the Rupiah then the risk of the cash flows and the value of the company is detrimental. This study is a comparative study. Comparative research is a comparative study. By using different test T-Test that generate profit / NPM, ATO, ROA, and ROE do not differ significantly before and after the occurrence of fluctuations in the Rupiah against the US Dollar.
