Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan nepotisme terhadap turnover intention bagi karyawan indirect labour PT. Nissan Motor Indonesia cost center plant. Dimana diajukan tiga variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat yaitu stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan nepotisme sebagai variabel bebas dan turnover intention berperan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey terhadap karyawan indirect labour pada perusahaan manufacturing dan dianalisis dengan metode SEM. Tahap pertama menguji validitas dan reabilitas pertanyaan setiap variabel. Tahap kedua dengan menguji hubungan variabel stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan nepotisme terhadap niatan untuk pindah (turnover intention). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan nepotisme berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, work environment and nepotism for indirect labour employees at Nissan Motor Indonesia, PT. Where the proposed three independent variables and one dependent variable, namely the job stress, work environment and nepotism acting as independent variables and turnover intention as served as dependent variable. This research was conducted using a survey of indirect labour employee at manufacturing was analyzed by SEM methode. The first phase of testing the validity and reliability of questions of each variable. The second phase, making related variable of job stress, work environment, nepotism on turnover intention. The result showed that the variable of job stress, work environment, nepotism has a negative significant on turnover intention.
