Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kreativitas dan Kerja Tim Terhadap Kinerja Pada Perangkat Kelurahan”. Objek penelitian ini adalah Kelurahan Kaduagung yang berada di Kecamatan Tigaraksa Kabupaten Tangerang Provinsi Banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah Struktural Equation Model (SEM) yang berbasis varian Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kreativitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat, kemudian kerja tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat.This study entitled "Effect of Work Discipline, Creativity and Teamwork on Performance On Device Village". The object of this study is Kaduagung village located in the district of Tangerang district of Banten province Tigaraksa. The population in this study were 35 respondents using sampling techniques saturated. Methods of data analysis of this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based variants Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the work discipline and creativity has no effect on device performance, and teamwork positive and significant effect on the performance of the device.
