Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, kerja tim dan kreativitas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawan PT Aerofood ACS di bagian operasional. Sehingga metode penentuan jumlah sample menggunakan sampel jenuh, yang berjumlah 76 karyawan. Metode analisis data digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Struktural Equation Model (SEM) yang berbasis varian yaitu PLS, dengan mengunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kerja tim tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kreativitas pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.The study aims to analyze the influence of a democratic style of leadership, teamwork and creativity on employee performance. This study uses all employees of PT Aerofood ACS in the operational section. So the sample using the method of determination of the number of saturated samples, totaling 76 employees. Methods of data analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based variants, PLS, using the program SmartPLS. The results showed that the democratic leadership style has no significant effect on performance. Teamwork is not a significant effect on performance. Creativity positive and significant influence on employee performance.
