Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai atau karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Puncak Simole Jaya yang berlokasi di Jakarta Barat. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden 53 orang dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah meggunakan komputer program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Puncak Simole Jaya. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Puncak Simole Jaya.This study was to investigate the influence of reward and punishment on employee performance. The object of this research are all employees or employees working in PT. Puncak Simole Jaya is located in West Jakarta. Methods of data collection in this research by distributing questionnaires to the sampling technique used samples saturated with the number of respondents 53 people and data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis were processed receipts SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, variable organizational culture and work environment affect the performance of employees at PT. Puncak Simole Jaya. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t test) also showed a significant value of two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this study stated that there are significant variables simultaneously between reward and punishment of the employees performance PT. Puncak Simole Jaya.
