Abstract
Perumahan dan pemukiman adalah salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh kota-kota besar pada negara yang sedang berkembang. Rumah dengan kualitas yang tinggi serta mampu mendatangkan kepuasan dan manfaat lebih bagi penghuninya tentu memiliki nilai tersendiri, terlebih jika didukung dengan fasilitas yang ada seperti sistem keamanan lingkungan, sistem saluran air limbah, sarana jalan, jaringan listrik, jaringan telepon dan lain sebagainya. Masalah perumahan di Indonesia berakar dari pergeseran konsentrasi penduduk dari desa ke kota, hal ini menunjukkan kecenderungan yang tinggi tumbuhnya kota-kota di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan penduduk kota di Indonesia yang cukup tinggi dan cenderung akan terus meningkat. Bagaimana merancang Site Plan dengan pendekatan prinsip Arsitektur Hijau dan Arsitektur berkelanjutan, berupa wawasan Hijau dan Modern Resort dan juga bangunan dengan karakteristik yang inovatif dan unik, dan desain layout dan façade yang mencerminkan kelas rumah premium dengan mempertimbangkan efisiensi biaya, serta desain konstruksi dan utilitas yang sederhana. Tujuan perancangan yaitu menyediakan hunian yang bersinergi dan tidak merusak lingkungan sekitar, serta pendekatan kawasan hijau yang mencerminkan kelas rumah premium dengan mempertimbangkan konsep Arsitektur Hijau dan arsitektur berkelanjutan.Housing and settlements is one of the problems faced by large cities in developing countries. Houses with high quality and able to bring satisfaction and greater benefits for the residents has a value of its own, especially if supported by existing facilities such as environmental security system, sewerage systems, roads, electricity grids, telephone networks and so forth. Housing problem in Indonesia stems from a shift in population concentrations from rural to urban areas, it showed a trend of high growth of cities in Indonesia. The population growth of cities in Indonesia is quite high and will likely continue to rise. How to design Site Plan with the approach of the principles of Green Architecture Architecture and sustainable form of insight Green and Modern Resort and also the building with the characteristics of innovative and unique, and the design layout and a façade that reflects class home premium taking into account cost efficiency, as well as the design, construction and utilities simple. The design objectives of providing a synergistic occupancy and do not damage the environment, as well as green areas approach that reflects the premium class home by considering the concept of green architecture and sustainable architecture.
