Abstract

Perancangan arsitektur akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang perumahan kelas premium dengan pendekatan arsitektur hijau dan modern resort. Orientasi rancangan melalui pendekatan lingkungan, sehingga tercapai perumahan yang memberikan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan. Perumahan kelas premium, sehingga sasaran penghuni adalah golongan masyarakat menengah atas. Kebiasaan penghuni adalah berkumpul sesuai dengan strata sosial, memiliki privasi tinggi, serta menginginkan keamanan dan kenyamanan. Dari hasil analisa, peneliti mengusung tema “Tropical Modern Resort” yang bertujuan untuk penghematan energi, penggunaan cahaya alami, dan pengudaraan alami. Konsep kawasan menggunakan sistem cluster dengan pola jalan kuldesak untuk memberikan keamanan dan kenyamanan pada penghuni. Pembagian rumah dikelompokkan berdasarkan tipe rumah, hal ini sesuai dengan kebiasaan masyarakat kelas menengah atas yang berkumpul sesuai stratanya. Tipologi rumah menggunakan model town house, dimana rumah tidak saling membelakangi dan terdapat taman di belakang rumah untuk interaksi antar penghuni. Taman dibelakang rumah di desain untuk menciptakan nuansa alami, yang dapat memberikan ketenangan jiwa untuk penghuni. Sehingga penghuni dapat merasakan seperti berada di resort ketika berada di rumah.This final architectural design aims to design housing the premium class with the approach of green architectural and modern resort. The orientation of the draft approach to the environment, so the achieved housing provides a positive impact on the environment. Housing the premium class, so the target of the occupant is a community group upper middle. Habits of the inhabitants is gathered in accordance with the social strata, has a high privacy, as well as wants security and comfort. From the result of the analysis, the researcher carries the theme of tropical modern resort aimed at saving energy, use of natural light, and aeration natural. The concept of the region using the cluster system with the pattern of the street the light that never fails to give security and comfort to the occupants.The division of the house grouped by type of house, this is in accordance with the habits of the people of the upper middle class who gathered in accordance strata.The typology of the house using the model of the town house, where the house is not back to back and there is a garden behind the house to the interaction between of the occupants. The garden behind the house in the design to create natral shades, which can give peace of mind to the inhabitants. So that residents can feel like being in a resort when they are at home.
