Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research is about the relation of the Environment Health and
Safety (EHS) on the performance of the employee in the sales department of PT
Aventis Pharma Jakarta. The purpose of the research is to examine whether in
actual there is a relation of the implementation of EHS in PT Aventis Pharma
with the performance of its employee in medical representative position. This
research is using causal design to analyze the relation between one variable to
other variable.
The result of the research will show that there is a significant relation
between the implementation of EHS in PT Aventis Pharma with the
performance of its employees in the sales division with regression quotation of
Y = 25,605 + 0,400X.
