Abstract
Wayang orang Bharata is Indonesian culture that began less desirable, this is because the wayang orang bharata have a very strong competitor, namely culture of modernity in all its power and variety, such as pop music, television (where many talk show is perhaps more interesting than the event puppet) theaters and other entertainment places are located in Jakarta. The modern all-round dynamic, directly stimulate far more practical, accommodate all tastes, international atmosphere, which makes many people more choice. Wayang orang bharata is an art-laden philosophy for human life, and have so many stories that grip so it is very varied, even now the art of traditional puppet people still on going bharata, wayang orang bharata not only have the potential of using large, but also supported by a highly position strategically to reach the target audience. Therefore, the authors make the design of promotional media arts wayang orang bharata, with a different concept from existing ones will look more attractive and effective, for example, in addition to brochures to be distributed, the promotion will also be done through other promotional media such as brochures, posters, catalogs, namecards, ticket.
