Abstract
One of the main role of Indonesian Chamber is to give a members an access to capital. The problems that occur when evaluating the Company is the difficulty on determining the company feasibilty to get a recommendation from the Chamber of Commerce to obtain loan from the Bank. The main purpose of this application is to develop a computer-based system that can support decision making for selecting companies that deserve the loan. This application is developed by AHP method with PHP4 as the programming language, MySQL as its database, and XAMPP as the webserver. With the use of this application, hopes Business assistant officers at the Regional Chambers will be faster in assesing and give the recomendation letter to the companies as their members. Keywords: Indonesian Chamber, Loan, Entreprises, Decision Support system, AHP Salah satu bantuan yang diberikan kepada anggota Kadin adalah akses ke permodalan. Adapun masalah yang terjadi pada saat mengevaluasi Perusahaan adalah sulitnya menentukan bahwa Perusahaan ini layak atau tidak mendapatkan rekomendasi dari Kadin untuk memperoleh kredit tersebut dari Bank. Tujuan utama dibuatnya aplikasi ini adalah untuk membangun sistem berbasis komputer yang dapat mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menyeleksi perusahaan yang layak mendapatkan kredit. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan metode AHP dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP4, MySQL sebagai database-nya, dan XAMPP sebagai webserver-nya. Dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi ini, diharapkan Petugas Pembimbing Usaha di Kadin Provinsi akan lebih cepat dalam melakukan penilaian dan pemberian surat rekomendasi terhadap perusahaan yang dibimbingnya.
