Abstract
Teknologi Informasi Komputer pada jaman sekarang ini sangat dibutuhkan, kebanyakan orang membutuhkan teknologi Informasi Komputer untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan mereka yang sangat banyak, kadang dibutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengerjakan satu pekerjaan, dikaitkan dengan hal tersebut banyak kantor pelayanan masyarakat masih terpaku mengerjakan pekerjaan dengan sistem yang masih manual, seperti halnya pada kantor pelayanan masyarakat yaitu Kelurahan Pejagalan yang terletak di Jakarta Utara. Sistem pelayanan umum di kantor kelurahan tersebut masih menggunakan mesin ketik dan ketik di komputer dengan microsoft office, untuk mengerjakan surat-surat atau pengantar kelurahan untuk melayani masyarakat. Sehingga waktu yang digunakan tidak efesien. Sistem pencatatan data-data yang dibuat juga masih menggunakan tulisan tangan. Sebagai contoh ada warga yang ingin membuat pengantar surat, yaitu form data warga diketik dengan mesin TIK, dan untuk pengarsipan hanya dicatat di buku besar saja. Hal itu dapat membuat sistem pengarsipan tidak efisien, dan suatu waktu akan usang. Untuk itu Kelurahan Pejagalan, bagian Pelayanan umum membutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut diatas yang dapat menghemat waktu mereka dalam bekerja, sebagai tempat pelayanan masyarakat. Jadi untuk membuat sistem informasi pelayanan umum ini dibutukan metode yaitu dengan menganalisa terlebih dahulu sistem yang sedang berjalan, kemudian mengusulkan apa yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan sistem ini. Serta hasil rancangan yang diusulkan. Dengan menggunakan php, diharapkan sistem ini yang berupa aplikasi dapat membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaan bagian pelayanan umum dalam proses pengadministrasian pembuatan surat-surat penting. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, pelayanan umum, Berbasis aplikasi komputer iv Computer Information Technology in today's very necessary , most people require Computer Information technology to accomplish their work very much , sometimes it takes a long time to do one job , it is associated with many public service offices are still stuck doing work with a system that is still manual , as well as on the community service office Slaughter village located in North Jakarta . Public service system in the village office still using a typewriter and type on a computer with microsoft office , to work or introductory letters village to serve the community . So the time spent is not efficient . Data recording system made also still use handwriting . For example, there are people who want to make the introductory letter , the form data is typed citizens with ICT machines , and for archiving only be recorded in the general ledger . It can make inefficient filing system , and a time will be obsolete . To the Slaughter Village , part public service requires a system that can resolve the above problem which can save their time in work , as a community service . So to make this public service information systems dibutukan method is to first analyze the current system , and then propose what is needed in the manufacture of these systems . And the results of the proposed design . Using php , this system is expected in the form of application can help get the job in the public service part of the administration process of making important papers .
