Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Guru, apakah ada Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru dan apakah ada Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi secara Bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah guru- guru yang mengajar di SMK Bina Insan Mandiri yang berjumlah 44 orang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Kinerja Guru, Variabel Kepemimpinan dinotasikan sebagai Variabel X1, Variabel Motivasi dinotasikan sebagai Variabel X2 sedangkan Variabel Kinerja Guru dinotasikan sebagai Variabel Y. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Guru, terdapat Pengaruh antara Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru dan terdapat Pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi secara Bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Guru. This research is conducted to identify whether there is an influence of leadership to teacher’s performance, whether there is an Influence of Motivation to teacher’s Performance, or whether there is an influence of Leadership and Motivation Altogether to Teacher’s Performance. The objects of this research are teachers at SMK Bina Insan Mandiri which are 44 people. The Variables used in this research are Leadership, Motivation and Teacher’s Performance. Leadership variable is noted as X1 variable, motivation is noted as X2 variable and teacher’s performance is noted as Y variable. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The result shows that there are influences of leadership to teacher’s performance, there are influences of motivation to teacher’s performance, and there are influences of leadership and motivation altogether to teacher’s performance at SMK Bina Insan Mandiri.
