Abstract
Dalam dunia industri saat ini, idealnya peralatan dan mesin produksi dapat beroperasi sampai dengan 100% yang mana dalam kondisi kapasitas penuh dapat menghasilkan kualitas produk sebesar 100% sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. Namun demikian kenyataannya kondisi ini sangat sulit terjadi. Untuk menjaga kondisi mesin tersebut agar tidak mengalami kerusakan atau untuk mengurangi waktu kerusakannya agar proses produksi tidak terlalu lama berhenti, maka dibutuhkan sistem perawatan dan pemeliharaan mesin/peralatan yang baik dan tepat mengingat Container Crane yang saat ini menghasilkan layanan bongkar muat petikemas di PT XYZ telah berumur lebih dari 33 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penggunaan mesin/peralatan produksi, dengan cara melakukan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), dan untuk mengetahui adanya masing-masing faktor kerugian pada enam kerugian besar (six big losses) yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar dalam menghambat produktifitas mesin dengan menggunakan diagram Pareto. Disamping itu, TPM akan dikombinasikan dengan Root cause analisys menggunakan metode pro aktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis menyarankan untuk melaksanakan TPM, dan terus melakukan evaluasi dan mengkaji ulang terhadap Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) mesin untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas melalui TPM dengan menggunakan predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance dan root cause analysis dengan metode pro aktif sebagai bagian dari strategi pemeliharaan agar dapat meramal/memprediksi kegagalan yang akan timbul dimasa yang akan datang. However, in reality this condition is very difficult. To maintain the condition of the machine so that no damage or to reduce the damage that the production process is not too long to stop, then the system needs maintenance and care of machinery / equipment in a good condition, given that the Container Crane (CC) 11 and 12 currently generating service loading and unloading containers in PT XYZ has aged over 33 years. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the use of machinery / equipment manufacturing, by calculating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and for the presence of each of these factors in the loss of six big losses (six big losses) that has the largest contribution in inhibiting productivity machine using Pareto diagram. In addition, the TPM will be combined with the root cause analysis using proactive methods. Based on the research conducted, the authors suggest implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continue to evaluate and review the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) machine to improve productivity through TPM by using predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance and root cause analysis as a proactive method Key Words : Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Root Cause Analysis, Autonomous Maintenance, Continous Maintenance, Failure Modes and Affect Analysis
