Abstract
This research was determine the influence of the Teacher Emotional Intellegence and Working Stress on the Teacher Performance. To measure these variables used questionnaires distributed to teachers SMA Negeri 2, SMA Negeri 4, SMA Negeri 5 and SMA Negeri 11 South Tangerang city. Statistical analysis using the statement in the questionnaire and the results are valid and reliable. The sampling technique used was purposive cluster sampling technique. The result research shows that emotional intelligence influence on the teacher performance. The partial test show that working stress had no influence on the teacher performance but simultaneously emotional intelligence and working stress influence on the teacher performance. Key word : The Teacher Emotional Intellegence, Working Stress and Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosi Guru dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru. Untuk mengukur variabel tersebut digunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada guru-guru SMA Negeri 2, SMA Negeri 4, SMA Negeri 5 dan SMA Negeri 11 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Analisis menggunakan statistik dan hasil pernyataan dalam kuesioner adalah valid dan reliabel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive cluster sampling. Hasil Penelitian membuktikan kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Uji parsial membuktikan bahwa stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru tetapi secara simultan kecerdasan emosi dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. . Kata kunci : Kecerdasan Emosi, Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Guru
