Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is a very important thing in obtaining information for educational improvement that can be done in the form of supervision, for that matter the culture of the organization needs to be established to improve teachers' professionalism and interpersonal communication that can enhance mutual understanding and cooperation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the performance of teachers. The explanatory quantitative research method used correlation and regression model. This research at SMA Yuppentek 1 Tangerang involved 69 teachers as respondents. The results showed that organizational culture and interpersonal communication have a significant effect on the performance of teachers , either partially or simultaneously . The results of this study support previous research. Keywords: Organizational culture, interpersonal communication, teacher performance. Penilaian kinerja guru adalah hal yang sangat penting dilakukan dalam memperoleh informasi untuk perbaikan pendidikan yang dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk supervisi, untuk itu budaya organisasi perlu dibangun dalam meningkatkan profesional guru, dan komunikasi interpersonal yang dapat meningkatkan saling pengertian, dan kerja sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksplanatori dengan model korelasi dan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Yuppentek 1 Tangerang, dengan melibatkan sebanyak 69 guru sebagai reponden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung penelitian sebelumnya. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, komunikasi interpersonal, kinerja guru.
