Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the relations and effect of Organization Culture, Leadership Style, and Work Stress to Employee Performance of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Tangerang main branch. In this research not every population was used as respondent, but only 60 employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Main branch Tangerang was surveyed. The sampling technique used in this research was a non probability sampling, using SPSS for Windows version 17. This research method used simple and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The research results from using simple linear regression analysis showed that the Organization Culture and Leadership Style each was statistically significant but the Work Stress was not statistically significant. For the simultaneous linear regression analysis model none but the Leadership Style was statistically significant. The Pearson correlation analysis among the variable dimensions of the Organization Culture and the Leadership Style showed that three dimensions of the Organizational Culture ( The Result, Human Resource, and Stability ) were statistically significant and had moderate relationship with the Employee Performance. Mean while, there were three dimensions of the Leadership Style the Inspirational Communication, Support, and Maintaning Relationship had moderate relationship with Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Kantor cabang utama Tangerang. Dalam penelitian ini tidak semua populasi dijadikan objek penelitian, melainkan hanya 60 karyawan-karyawati PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Kantor cabang utama Tangerang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling, dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 17. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, menunjukkan variabel Budaya Organisasi dan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan masing-masing memiliki hubungan positif dan pengaruh dengan taraf nyata terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan variabel Stres Kerja tidak memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh dengan taraf nyata terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Untuk model analisis regresi linier secara simultan hanya Gaya Kepemimpinan yang memiliki hubungan positif dan pengaruh dengan taraf nyata terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Dimensi-dimensi variabel Budaya Organisasi, memiliki hubungan positif dan cukup kuat dengan Kinerja Karyawan adalah Dimensi Hasil, Dimensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Dimensi Kemantapan. Pada variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, dimensi-dimensi yang memiliki hubungan positif dan cukup kuat dengan Kinerja Karyawan adalah Dimensi Inspirasi Komunikasi, Dimensi Support, dan Dimensi Menjaga Hubungan. Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Gaya kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
