Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the influences of leadership style and financial compensation on employee job satisfaction of PT. Pan Maritime Wira Pawitra. The research methodology used is quantitative research by using a survey method that is intended to provide an explanation. The survey research is a study that takes a sample from a population and a questionnaire as a means of principal collecting. Two variables used are the independent variables and the dependent variable. Leadership style and financial compensation as the independent variable and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The research involves 80 employees as respondents, the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression model using SPSS. The results showed that leadership style and financial compensation reac positively and significant to the job employees satisfaction of PT. Pan Maritime Wira Pawitra. Keywords: Leadership Style, Financial Compensation, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Pan Maritime Wira Pawitra. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penjelasan. Penelitian survei merupakan penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan yang pokok. Ada dua variabel yang digunakan yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi finansial sebagai variabel bebas dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian melibatkan sebanyak 80 orang karyawan sebagai responden, data dianalisis dengan model regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensai finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Pan Maritime Wira Pawitra. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi Finansial, Kepuasan Kerja.
