Abstract

This research is conducted to identify whether there is influence between Organizational Culture and Work Motivation partially or simultaneously on Teacher Performance. The subjects of this research are teachers of Junior High School and Senior High School Yadika 10 Kosambi, which are 34 people. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regressions. The results showed that there are influences of Organizational Culture to Teacher Performance significantly, there are influences of the Work Motivation to Teacher Performance significantly, and there are influences of Organizational Culture and the Work Motivation altogether to Teacher Performances at Junior High School and Senior High School Yadika 10. It is recommended to management Junior High School and Senior High School Yadika 10 to improve the Organizational Culture which should be more oriented to human resources and the duties or tasks. The School should improve the Teachers Motivation of achievement by positioning teachers with low motivation of achievement based on field analysis. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Teacher Performances Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah guru SMP dan SMA Yadika 10 Kosambi,sejumlah 34 orang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Budaya Oganisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru secara signifikan, terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru secara signifikan, dan terdapat pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru SMP dan SMA Yadika 10. Disarankan kepada manajemen SMP dan SMA Yadika 10 untuk memperbaiki Budaya Organisasi di sekolah dengan lebih berorientasi kepada manusia dan berorientasi pada tugas atau pekerjaan. Pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja dengan cara memetakan guru-guru yang memiliki Motivasi Kerja yang rendah berdasarkan hasil analisis lapangan.
