Abstract

This Research head for analizing of effect Discipline and Satisfaction correlation to the performance of Employee PT. Amway Indonesia.The independent variables were examined in this study are Discipline and Satisfaction. The dependent variable studied is the performance of employees PT. Amway Indonesia. In this study, data collection was conducted using a cencus, a population ini which all members of staff level as many as 58 peoples, the whole research sample.Data collection method used is through literature review, observation, questionnaires and interviews. The study was conducted in entire depertment level staff PT. Amway Indonesia, the number of respondens 58 people. From the result of this research note that the discipline and satisfaction has a positive and significant correlation to the performance of the company, in this case PT. Amway Indonesia. Satisfaction has a higher correlation to the performance of employee compared with disicipline. Keywords :Dicipline, Satisfaction. Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Amway Indonesia. Variabel bebas yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kedisiplinan dan kepuasan. Sedangkan variabel terikat yang diteliti adalah kinerja karyawan PT. Amway Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode sensus, dimana semua anggota populasi pada level staff sebanyak 58 orang, keseluruhannya dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan daya yang dilakukan adalah melalui studi pustaka, observasi, kuisioner dan interview. Penelitian dilakukan diseluruh departemen pada level staff PT. Amway Indonesia dengan jumlah responden 58 orang. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kinerja dan kepuasan memiliki korelasi yang positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dalam hal ini karyawan PT. Amway Indonesia. Kepuasan kerja memiliki korelasi yang lebih tinggi terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan kedisiplinan kerja. Kata Kunci : Kedisiplinan, Kepuasan, Kinerja
