Abstract
Inovation Communication dan created programme by Dompet Dhuafa made interested issue of recearch. Interested to exploring through of messages production processing, messages packaging and seen the processing at message choise in Social Enterprise (SE) and Community Enterprise (CE) and the social value of programme. Using by sociocultural communication perspective, constructivisme theory, benefitial and funtional packaging as a base of literature. Methodology of recearch using interpretif paradigm and qualitative methode with descriptive explorative. Collected all data by In depth Interview for 11 (eleven) informan did choose as purposive, participant observation, dan documentasi. In final data using tematic analysis in procesing. The processing of message production in Dompet Dhuafa are inventing, selecting and final decision. The kind of message result was social religius message. There was unconsistensi while selecting message base on mechanism benefits and got support from donors.The element of message packaging is simpling ideas, inovative and social intervention, involved mass media and social media, have been doing communication and maintanance, and implementing organization by profesional. There was character, good human resources and undertanding of Islamic value, being a main fondation of production and packaging message. Goal all of this process are communication, acuntability, build trust, sustainability and existing. All of process production and packaging message in Integrated Charity Services (ICS). Key word : institution of zakat (NGO), Social Enterprise (SE), Community Enterprise (CE), Dompet Dhuafa (DD), empowerment, amil (staff), mitra (beneficieries). Inovasi komunikasi dan pengembangan program dalam lembaga zakat Dompet Dhuafa, menjadi awal ketertarikan penelitian. Ketertarikan itu peneliti telusuri melalui proses produksi, kemasan pesan dan alasan pemilihan Social Enterprise (SE) dan Community Enterprise (CE) dalam PT serta nilai-nilai sosial dalam SE dan CE. Menggunakan perspektif komunikasi sosiokultural, teori konstruktivisme, manfaat dan fungsi kemasan sebagai pijakan kajian pustaka. Menggunakan paradigma interpretif dan metode kualitatif dengan deskriptif eksploratif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui In depth Interview pada 11 (sebelas) informan yang dipilih secara purposive, participant observation dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data temuan secara analisa tematik. Proses produksi pesan Dompet Dhuafa meliputi penemuan (inventing), pemilihan (selecting) dan penentuan (final decision). Pesan yang dihasilkan lebih bersifat sosial religius. Ketidakkonsistenan terjadi, ketika kecenderungan pesan yang dipilih berdasarkan mekanisme pemilihan perhatian yang justru mendapatkan dukungan dari donatur. Unsur-unsur kemasan pesan Dompet Dhuafa meliputi penyederhanaan ide, inovatif dan intervensi sosial, melibatkan media massa dan media sosial, komunikasi dan maintanance, serta menjalankan organisasi secara profesional. Terdapat karakter, kualitas SDM dan pemahaman nilai-nilai ke Islaman, sebagai landasan utama yang mewarnai produksi dan kemasan pesan. Tujuan (output) yang diharapkan adalah komunikasi, akuntabilitas, membangun kepercayaan, sustainability lembaga dan eksistensi. Keseluruhan proses yang terjadi dalam model Integrated Charity Services (ICS). Kata Kunci : Lembaga Zakat (LSM/(NGO), Dompet Dhuafa (DD), Social Enterprise (SE), Community Enterprise (CE), pemberdayaan, amil (staf), mitra (pemanfaat).
