Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test the influence of motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction of employees in the performance in Institute of Science and Technology Al-Kamal. There are several factors leading to high employee performance or low, in this case the company needs to provide feedback that will impact on company performance. The factors that affect employee performance in this study is the motivation, compensation,and job satisfaction. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the spread of kuisoner. The respondents are employees of Institute of Science and Technology Al-Kamal. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 121 employees of the Institute of Science and Technology Al-Kamal. This research sampling technique used census method and used validity test by product moment and alpha cornbach reliability test. This research also used classic assumption test and double linier regression analysis, to verify and to prove research hypothesis. Analysis results demonstrate that motivation has positive significant and weak influence toward employee performance. Compensation has positive significant and weak influence toward employee performance and job satisfaction has positive significant and weak influence toward employee performance Keywords: Job Motivation, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Employee's Performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam kinerja di Institut Sains dan Teknologi Al-Kamal. Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan kinerja karyawan tinggi atau rendah, dalam hal ini perusahaan perlu memberikan umpan balik yang akan berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perguruan tinggi Institut Sains dan Teknologi Al-Kamal (ISTA) yang berlokasi di Jl. Raya Al-Kamal No.2 Kedoya, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 121 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dilakukan pada 121 karyawan Institut Sains dan Teknologi Al-Kamal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus, sedangkan teknik pengujian data meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis product moment dan uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hasil hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan lemah terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan lemah terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan lemah terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
