Abstract

PT. Rajawali Megah Perkasa merupakan sebuah perusahaan jasa kontraktor di Jakarta yang melayani transaksi jual beli perumahan serta menyediakan layanan jasa pembuatan dan renovasi perumahan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan membuat sistem informasi monitoring pengeluaran kas kecil pada PT. Rajawali Megah Perkasa berbasis web. Sistem ini merupakan hasil dari analisa dan perbaikan sistem manual yang sedang berjalan di PT. Rajawali Megah Perkasa. Pada awalnya proses data transaksi pengeluaran kas kecil dicatat masih menggunakan buku, Data pengeluaran yang diolah merupakan data yang telah dimasukkan secara manual. akan tetapi karena semakin berkembangnya teknologi, maka pihak perusahaan ingin proses data transaksi pengeluaran kas kecil tersistem. Sehingga akan lebih memudahkan untuk membuat laporan hariannya serta dalam memonitoring setiap transaksi pengeluaran yang terjadi. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi monitoring pengeluaran sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan (human error). Perancangan sistem informasi monitoring pengeluaran kas kecil menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai database server. Instalasi sistem menggunakan jaringan intranet perusahaan dan hanya bisa diakses oleh internal user dan manager untuk keperluan operasional dan pemantauan pengeluaran kas kecil. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Monitoring Pengeluaran Kas Kecil. PT. Rajawali Megah Perkasa is a service company in Jakarta contractor serving residential purchase and sale transactions as well as providing manufacturing services and residential remodeling. In this study the authors will make monitoring information system petty cash expenditure on PT. Rajawali Megah Perkasa web-based. This system is the result of the analysis and improvement of the current manual system in PT. Rajawali Megah Perkasa. At first the petty cash expenditure transaction data recorded still use books , spending data that is processed is the data which has been entered manually . but because of the development of technology , the company wants to process transaction data tersistem small cash outlay . So it would be easier to make a daily report as well as in monitoring every transaction expenses incurred. It required an expenditure monitoring information system so as to minimize the error. The design of the information system monitoring petty cash expenditure using a programming language PHP and MySQL as the database server . Installation of the system using the company intranet and can only be accessed by internal users and managers for operational purposes and monitoring of petty cash expenses.
