Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize live streaming as a marketing and product sales medium. live streaming activities require a high level of concentration, continuous interaction with customers, and prolonged static working postures, which may result in high mental workload, non-ergonomic working postures, and musculoskeletal complaints. This study aims to analyze the level of mental workload, identify the risk of working postures, and determine musculoskeletal complaints among women's fashion MSME owners who conduct live streaming activities using smartphones. This research employed a quantitative approach supported by descriptive qualitative analysis. The respondents consisted of 20 women's fashion MSME owners who actively conducted live streaming through Tiktok Shop and Shopee Live. Data were collected through observation, documentation, questionnaires, and direct interviews. The analysis was carried out using the NASA Task Load Index (NASA TLX), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), and Nordic Body Map (NBM) methods. The results showed that the NASA-TLX score was 81.7, indicating a very high level of mental workload. The Nordic Body Map assessment produced a total score of 60, indicating the presence of musculoskeletal complaints, while the REBA assessment resulted in a score of 10, which falls into the high-risk category and requires immediate corrective action. These findings indicate that live streaming activities have the potential to increase the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and mental workload. Therefore, ergonomic improvements are necessary to enhance the comfort, health, and productivity of MSME owners. Keywords: NASA-TLX, REBA, Nordic Body Map, Live Streaming, UMKM. Perkembangan digitalisasi mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memanfaatkan live streaming sebagai media pemasaran dan penjualan produk. Aktivitas ini menuntut konsentrasi tinggi, interaksi secara terus-menerus dengan pelanggan, serta penggunaan postur kerja yang cenderung statis dalam waktu lama, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan beban kerja mental, risiko postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis, dan keluhan muskuloskeletal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat beban kerja mental, mengidentifikasi risiko postur kerja, serta mengetahui keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pelaku UMKM fashion baju wanita yang melakukan aktivitas live streaming menggunakan smartphone. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dukungan deskriptif kualitatif. Responden berjumlah 20 pelaku UMKM fashion wanita yang aktif melakukan live streaming melalui Tiktok shop dan shopee Live. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan wawancara. Analisis menggunakan metode NASA-TLX, Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), dan Nordic Body Map (NBM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor NASA-TLX sebesar 81,7 yang termasuk kategori beban kerja mental sangat tinggi. Hasil NBM memperoleh skor total 60 yang menunjukkan adanya keluhan muskuloskeletal, sedangkan skor REBA sebesar 10 termasuk kategori risiko tinggi yang memerlukan tindakan perbaikan segera. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas live streaming berpotensi meningkatkan risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal dan beban kerja mental, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan ergonomi untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan, kesehatan, dan produktivitas kerja pelaku UMKM.
