Abstract
Formal education plays a crucial role in individual development, particularly in the medical field, which contributes to improving the quality of public health. As medical science advances, more doctors are needed to actively engage in academic research. This design embraces a Mixed-Use concept, integrating educational and commercial functions within a single area to create a mutually beneficial ecosystem. In addition to serving as an educational center, this area also supports commercial activities to support the institution's sustainability and provide economic benefits to the community. The presence of apartments, wellness and fitness facilities, public spaces, and laboratories provides convenience for students and attracts businesses. This concept is expected to create synergy between the academic and economic sectors, encourage innovation, and enhance the area's attractiveness. The Mixed-Use implementation optimizes land use, improves environmental quality, and creates a balance between academic and business activities. The educational building implements the Healing Architecture concept, with efficiency, sustainability, and natural materials for a healthy and comfortable learning environment. This design aims to create an educational and healthcare center integrated with the economic sector in South Tangerang and nationally. Keywords: Health Institute, Mixed-Use, Integrated Health Living Pendidikan formal berperan krusial dalam pengembangan individu, khususnya di bidang kedokteran yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Seiring berkembangnya ilmu kedokteran, diperlukan lebih banyak dokter yang aktif dalam penelitian akademis. Perancangan ini mengusung konsep Mixed Use, yang mengintegrasikan fungsi pendidikan dan komersial dalam satu kawasan untuk menciptakan ekosistem saling menguntungkan Selain sebagai pusat pendidikan, kawasan ini juga mendukung aktivitas komersial guna menunjang keberlanjutan institusi dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Kehadiran fasilitas apartemen, wellness & fitness, public space, dan laboratorium memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa serta menarik pelaku bisnis. Konsep ini diharapkan menciptakan sinergi antara dunia akademik dan ekonomi, mendorong inovasi, serta meningkatkan daya tarik kawasan. Penerapan Mixed Use mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan lahan, meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan, serta menciptakan keseimbangan antara akademik dan bisnis. Gedung pendidikan menerapkan konsep Arsitektur Healing dengan efisiensi, keberlanjutan, dan material alami untuk lingkungan belajar yang sehat dan nyaman. Perancangan ini bertujuan menghadirkan pusat pendidikan dan pusat kesehatan yang terintegrasi dengan sektor ekonomi di Tangerang Selatan dan tingkat nasional.
