Abstract
Creative Nexus is an Art & Cultural Center located in the waterfront area of Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, designed with a Bioclimatic Architecture approach. The design integrates art, culture, education, community activities, and public spaces within an environment responsive to the tropical climate. The Art Center and Cultural Center are connected through plazas and open spaces that encourage social interaction. Bioclimatic strategies are applied through shading, natural ventilation, daylighting, vegetation, and waterfront integration to improve thermal comfort while strengthening the identity of the area. Creative Nexus is envisioned as a cultural landmark that connects people, art, culture, and nature. Keywords: Creative Nexus, Art & Cultural Center, Bioclimatic Architecture, Waterfront, PIK 2. Creative Nexus merupakan perancangan Art & Cultural Center di kawasan waterfront Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 dengan pendekatan Bioclimatic Architecture. Perancangan ini mengintegrasikan seni, budaya, edukasi, komunitas, dan ruang publik dalam lingkungan yang responsif terhadap iklim tropis. Art Center dan Cultural Center dihubungkan melalui plaza dan ruang terbuka sebagai ruang interaksi masyarakat. Strategi bioklimatik diterapkan melalui shading, ventilasi alami, pencahayaan alami, vegetasi, dan integrasi waterfront untuk menciptakan kenyamanan termal sekaligus memperkuat identitas kawasan. Creative Nexus diharapkan menjadi landmark budaya yang menghubungkan manusia, seni, budaya, dan alam. Kata Kunci: Creative Nexus, Art & Cultural Center, Bioclimatic Architecture, Waterfront, PIK 2.
