Abstract
Website becoming more popular in the world nowadays, many company has their own website or internet based services media which contain of informations regarding company profile. This trend then followed by the growing of application system within that company, beside desktop application, Application then grow becoming web based application. Many company start to use this kind of application because it felt more simple and easy to used, moreover it is accessible from everywhere by the employee as long as they have internet connection. Then Web based application intended to become great recording tools which is more accurate comparing with data which compile manually by microsoft excel, since the data containing in microsoft excel usually accidentally deleted or overlapped between new record data with the old recorded data, then the pool of data become not accurate. Writer is trying to offer alternative by the usage of enterprise medical claim authorization application so every staffs can access the application site for medical claim, then superior line can access to give approval and then processed by HR for verification stage in order to check the employee medical limitation budget and the document validation and then finally this application will send to finance department for payment process to employee bank account. key words : Medical, Claim, Company, Authorization, 211 Pages, 31 Table, 116 Pictures. Website menjadi kian popular di dunia saat ini, banyak perusahaan – perusahaan yang memiliki website ataupun media layanan berbasis internet yang berisikan informasi-informasi seputar perusahaan yang kemudian diikuti dengan perkembangan system aplikasi yang terdapat didalam perusahaan, selain aplikasi desktop, aplikasi kemudian mulai berkembang ke arah aplikasi berbasis web. banyak perusahaan kemudian mulai menggunakan aplikasi ini dikarenakan dirasa praktis dan mudah digunakan serta dapat diakses dimanapun oleh karyawan selama ada koneksi internet. Kemudian aplikasi berbasis website ini diharapkan memberikan pencatatan yang lebih akurat dibandingkan data yang dikumpulkan secara manual oleh Microsoft excel, dikarenakan biasanya data-data didalam Microsoft excel sering terhapus ataupun tumpang tindih antara data baru dan data lama, sehingga menjadi tidak akurat. penulis mencoba memberikan suatu alternative dengan penggunaan aplikasi otorisasi enterprises medical claim sehingga setiap karyawan perusahaan dapat mengakses situs aplikasi tersebut untuk melakukan claim biaya pengobatan, kemudian superior dapat meng-akses untuk memberikan approval atau persetujuan untuk kemudian akan diproses oleh HRD untuk proses verifikasi jatah pengobatan karyawan dan kebenaran dari dokumen-dokumen yang disertakan karyawan kemudian pada akhirnya akan dikirimkan ke bagian keuangan untuk proses pembayaran kepada karyawan.
