Abstract
The most critical components of underground MRT initiatives are tunnel segments. They serve as protective structures and retain the ground load during tunnel construction. The quality of tunnel segments substantially impacts quality control and process efficiency during production, minimizing defects during production and during the delivery of tunnel segments from the factory to the project site. The aim of this study is to assess the elements that affect quality control, the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methods, and their influence on process efficiency in the tunnel segment work of the Jakarta MRT CP202 Project. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and this study calculated tunnel section faults using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Data analysis was conducted via SmartPLS. and Lean Six Sigma methods with DMAIC steps (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). The results suggest that product quality is substantially influenced by management variables, as indicated by a P-value of 0,000 and Original Sample value of 0,319. Process efficiency and product quality are significantly influenced by the Quality Control variable, as evidenced by Original Sample values of 0,209 and 0,283, and P-values of 0,025 and 0,001, respectively. Meanwhile, the Labor variable significantly impacts process efficiency, with Original Sample values of 0,246 and P-values of 0,019. Furthermore, the Lean Six Sigma analysis results show a total of 572 defects out of a total production of 9.096 segments, with a DPMO value of 62.380 and a sigma value of 3,058. The calculation results show an average sigma value of around 3 sigma, concluding that the execution of the Lean Six Sigma technique can help identify defect-causing factors, improve quality control, and enhance the efficiency of tunnel segment production procedure in the MRT Project. Keywords: Lean Six Sigma, SmartPLS, Quality Control, Process Efficiency, Tunnel Segment, MRT Segmen terowongan merupakan elemen paling utama pada pembangunan proyek MRT bawah tanah. Dimana segmen terowongan tersebut berfungsi sebagai struktur pelindung dan penahan beban tanah selama proses pembangunan terowongan. Dalam tahapan proses produksi, kualitas segmen terowongan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian mutu dan efisiensi proses yang baik untuk meminimalkan terjadinya cacat selama proses produksi dan selama pengiriman segmen terowongan dari pabrik ke lokasi proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji perkembangan dengan pengendalian mutu, implementasi Lean Six Sigma, dan efisiensi proses pada bagian terowongan proyek MRT Jakarta CP202. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, pelaksanaan wawancara, dokumentasi, serta perhitungan cacat segmen terowongan. Selanjutnya data diolah dan dievaluasi dengan SmartPLS dan Lean Six Sigma yang terintegrasi menggunakan tahapan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, variabel manajemen memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada kualitas produk, dengan nilai sampel awal 0,319 dan nilai P 0,000. Variabel Pengendalian mutu memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada efisiensi proses dan kualitas produk dengan nilai sampel awal 0,209 & 0,283 dan nilai P 0,025 & 0,001, sedangkan dengan nilai sampel awal 0,246 dan nilai P 0,019, variabel tenaga kerja dampak yang besar terhadap efisiensi proses. Dari 9.096 segmen produksi total, terdapat 572 cacat, dengan nilai DPMO 62.380 dan nilai sigma 3,058. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan jika nilai sigma rata�rata berada di kisaran 3 sigma dan metode Lean Six Sigma dapat membantu menemukan penyebab kesalahan, meningkatkan pengendalian mutu, dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi segmen terowongan pada Proyek MRT.
