Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Investment Knowledge, Investment Risk, and Information Technology on the Interestt in Investing in Mutual Funds among Generation Z in Jabodetabek. The background of this study is based on the increasing interestt of young generations in mutual fund investment, along with the development of digital technology and easier access to investment information. However, investment interestt is not only influenced by technological convenience, but also by investment understanding and risk considerations owned by prospective investors. This study used a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 150 Generation Z respondents living in the Jabodetabek area. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method through SmartPLS. The results show that Investment Knowledge has no significant effect on the Interestt in Investing in Mutual Funds. Meanwhile, Investment Risk and Information Technology have a positive and significant effect on the Interestt in Investing in Mutual Funds. This study is expected to serve as a reference for Generation Z, the digital investment industry, financial institutions, the government, and future researchers in understanding the factors that influence the interestt in investing in mutual funds. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengetahuan Investasi, Risiko Investasi, dan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Minat Berinvestasi di Reksa Dana pada Generasi Z di Jabodetabek. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya ketertarikan generasi muda terhadap investasi reksa dana, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital dan kemudahan akses informasi investasi. Namun, minat berinvestasi tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh pemahaman terhadap investasi serta pertimbangan risiko yang dimiliki oleh calon investor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden Generasi Z yang berada di wilayah Jabodetabek. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan Investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berinvestasi di Reksa Dana. Sementara itu, Risiko Investasi dan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berinvestasi di Reksa Dana. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi Generasi Z, industri investasi digital, lembaga keuangan, pemerintah, serta peneliti selanjutnya dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berinvestasi di reksa dana.
