Abstract
Industri kendaraan listrik (EV) merupakan salah satu jenis industri dalam tahap pengembangan industri prioritas oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Industri ini dinilai memiliki peran penting dan strategis sehingga masuk dalam peta jalan Making Indonesia 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh faktor-faktor kritis Manajemen Risiko Rantai Pasok pada produksi baterai EV menggunakan pendekatan kerangka kerja ISO 31000:2018. Penelitian ini telah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko melalui studi literatur, menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko menggunakan metode Severity Index (SI), dan mengevaluasi faktor-faktor risiko melalui Probability and Impact Matrix. Diperoleh 8 faktor risiko kritis dominan yang harus segera diambil tindakan lebih lanjut sebagai salah satu opsi manajemen risiko pada produksi baterai EV. The electric vehicle (EV) industry is one type of industry in the priority industrial development stage by the Indonesian government. This industry is considered to have an important and strategic role so that it is included in the Making Indonesia 4.0 roadmap. This study aims to obtain critical Supply Chain Risk Management factors for EV battery production using the ISO 31000:2018 framework approach. This study has identified risk factors through literature studies, analyzed risk factors using the Severity Index (SI) method, and evaluated risk factors through the Probability and Impact Matrix. 8 dominant critical risk factors were obtained that must be immediately taken further action as one of the risk management options in EV battery production.
