Abstract
Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kaybee’s Cafe yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah adanya kenaikan tingkat absensi dan masalah kedisiplinan di kalangan karyawan, serta penurunan kepuasan kerja yang terungkap melalui data kehadiran dan hasil survei awal internal. Metodologi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yang bersifat kausal. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah semua staf Kaybee’s Café yang berjumlah 36 individu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sampling jenuh. Alat analisis data yang diterapkan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji relasi antar variabel laten. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, meski memiliki arah yang negatif. Sementara itu, kepuasan kerja juga memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Demikian pula, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan The main objective of this study is to know the impact of the work environment, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at Kaybee's Cafe located in Jakarta. The phenomenon underlying this study is the increase in absenteeism and disciplinary issues among employees, as well as the decline in job satisfaction revealed through attendance data and the results of an initial internal survey. The methodology used in this study is quantitative with a causal approach. The population of the study is all 36 Kaybee's Cafe staff. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The data analysis tool applied is Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the relationship between latent variables. The results of the analysis indicate that the work environment has a significant impact on employee performance, although in a negative direction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction also has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Similarly, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.
