Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Risk Management, Green Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Digital Transformation on Financial Sustainability, as well as to examine the mediating role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The population in this study includes Commercial Banks in the KBMI 3 and 4 categories listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Through a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 13 banks was obtained from a population of 14 banks, with an observation period from 2022 to 2024. The data analysis method utilized panel data regression and the Sobel test, assisted by EViews 13 software. The partial results indicate that Risk Management and Green Finance have a positive and significant effect on Financial Sustainability. Good Corporate Governance is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on Financial Sustainability. Conversely, Corporate Social Responsibility and Digital Transformation initiatives were found to have no significant direct effect on financial sustainability. In the mediation testing, the findings prove that GCG significantly mediates the effect of Green Finance and Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Sustainability. However, GCG is not proven to mediate the effect of either Risk Management or Digital Transformation on the banks' financial sustainability. The findings of this study emphasize that to achieve longterm financial sustainability in KBMI 3 and 4 banks, sustainability initiatives such as social responsibility and green financing absolutely require integration with strong corporate governance oversight mechanisms.. Keywords: Financial Sustainability, Good Corporate Governance, Risk Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Risk Management, Green Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), dan Digital Transformation terhadap Financial Sustainability, serta menguji peran mediasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi Bank Umum kategori KBMI 3 dan 4 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Melalui teknik purposive sampling, dari populasi 14 bank diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 bank dengan periode pengamatan selama tahun 2022 hingga 2024. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel dan uji Sobel dengan bantuan perangkat lunak EViews 13. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Risk Management dan Green Finance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Sustainability. Good Corporate Governance juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Sustainability. Sebaliknya, inisiatif Corporate Social Responsibility dan Digital Transformation ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan keuangan. Pada pengujian mediasi, temuan membuktikan bahwa GCG secara signifikan mampu memediasi pengaruh Green Finance dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Financial Sustainability. Namun demikian, GCG tidak terbukti memediasi pengaruh Risk Management maupun Digital Transformation terhadap keberlanjutan keuangan bank. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa untuk mencapai keberlanjutan finansial jangka panjang pada bank KBMI 3 dan 4, inisiatif keberlanjutan seperti tanggung jawab sosial dan pembiayaan hijau mutlak memerlukan integrasi dengan mekanisme pengawasan tata kelola perusahaan yang kuat.
