Abstract
Perkembangan kawasan urban di Jakarta, khususnya Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, sebagai pusat aktivitas bisnis dan perkantoran, memunculkan tekanan fisik dan psikologis bagi masyarakat urban akibat tingginya intensitas kerja dan kepadatan lingkungan. Kondisi tersebut menuntut hadirnya lingkungan binaan yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada produktivitas, tetapi juga mendukung kesehatan dan kesejahteraan pengguna secara holistik. Perancangan ini bertujuan merancang bangunan campuran (mixed-use building) yang mengintegrasikan fungsi office dan wellness center dengan pendekatan arsitektur biofilik sebagai respons terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Pendekatan biofilik diterapkan melalui pengintegrasian elemen alam seperti vegetasi, pencahayaan alami, sirkulasi udara, elemen air, serta penggunaan material alami untuk menciptakan ruang yang sehat, restoratif, dan berkelanjutan. Metode perancangan dilakukan melalui analisis tapak, studi aktivitas pengguna, serta penerapan prinsipprinsip biofilik dalam konsep tata massa, organisasi ruang, dan sirkulasi. Hasil perancangan diharapkan mampu menciptakan sinergi antara aktivitas kerja dan pemulihan kesehatan, meningkatkan kualitas ruang kerja, mengurangi tingkat stres, serta memperkuat hubungan manusia dengan alam di lingkungan urban. Dengan demikian, bangunan ini diharapkan menjadi model lingkungan kerja sehat yang adaptif terhadap dinamika kehidupan perkotaan. The rapid development of urban areas in Jakarta, particularly Kuningan, South Jakarta, as a major business and office district, has generated significant physical and psychological pressure on urban communities due to high work intensity and environmental density. This condition highlights the need for built environments that not only prioritize productivity but also support holistic health and well-being. This design project aims to propose a mixed-use building integrating office and wellness center functions through a biophilic architectural approach as a response to these challenges. The biophilic approach is applied by incorporating natural elements such as vegetation, natural lighting, air circulation, water features, and the use of natural materials to create healthy, restorative, and sustainable spaces. The design methodology involves site analysis, user activity studies, and the application of biophilic principles in mass composition, spatial organization, and circulation systems. The proposed design is expected to create a synergy between work activities and health recovery, improve the quality of the working environment, reduce stress levels, and strengthen the relationship between humans and nature within an urban context. Ultimately, this project is intended to serve as a model for a healthy and adaptive work environment that responds to the dynamics of contemporary urban life.
