Abstract

Pemilihan metode pekerjaan sangat mempengaruhi biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan dalam praktik pelaksanaan konstruksi. Pada Proyek Pelabuhan Terminal Multipurpose Tahap 1 Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB), terdapat risiko keterlambatan serta potensi peningkatan biaya apabila pelaksanaan pekerjaan plat lantai hanya menggunakan metode precast PCI Girder. Oleh karena itu, diterapkan alternatif dengan mengombinasikan dua metode, yakni penggunaan precast half slab pada area jetty dan precast PCI Girder pada area trestle. Perubahan metode ini diharapkan mampu mempercepat durasi pekerjaan meskipun berpotensi meningkatkan biaya konstruksi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara mengelompokkan data terlebih dahulu kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses pengkajian berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan validasi pakar. Maka akan diperoleh Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan durasi waktu dari kedua metode pekerjaan tersebut. Biaya pekerjaan plat lantai di area trestle dengan metode precast PCI girder sebesar Rp 53.035.755.068,50, sementara biaya pekerjaan plat lantai di area dermaga jetty dengan metode precast half slab sebesar Rp 94.552.719.086,8. Waktu pelaksanan plat lantai di area trestle dengan metode precast PCI Girder selama 275 hari, sementara waktu pekerjaan plat lantai di area dermaga jetty dengan metode precast half slab selama 167 hari. Perbandingan biaya dan waktu pada pekerjaan struktur plat lantai dapat disimpulkan bahwa biaya yang lebih efisiensi adalah menggunakan metode precast PCI girder, sementara waktu yang lebih cepat adalah menggunakan metode precast half slab. Choosing the right work method significantly affects the cost and implementation time in construction practice. In Pelabuhan Terminal Multipurpose Tahap 1 Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) Project, there are risks of delays and potential cost increases if the slab floors construction only uses the precast PCI Girder method. Therefore, an alternative was implemented by combining the two methods: the use of precast half slab in the jetty area and precast PCI Girder in the trestle area. This method change is expected to accelerate the work duration, although it has the potential to increase construction costs. Data processing was carried out by categorizing the data, and followed by an assessment process based on research results and expert validation. Then a Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and time duration for both work methods will be obtained. The cost for floor slab work in the trestle area using the PCI girder precast method was Rp 53,035,755,068.50, while the cost for floor slab work in the jetty area using the half slab precast method was Rp 94,552,719,086.8. The production time for floor slab work in the trestle area using the PCI Girder precast method was 275 days, while the floor slab work in the jetty area using the half slab precast method was 167 days. Comparing the costs and time in floor slab structure work, it can be concluded that using the PCI girder precast method is more cost-efficient, while using the half slab precast method having the shorther completion time.
