Abstract
Changes in the contract on the Prof Ngoerah Denpasar Maternal and Child Hospital (RSIA) project and the condition of the progress realisation which experienced a negative deviation became the basis for making changes to the schedule. Based on amendment 1, there was an addition of 1 floor, from 4 floors to 5 floors. Time and cost control is an important aspect in ensuring that construction work is on time and on budget. The purpose of this study is to determine changes in time and cost and the relationship between these two aspects due to the crashing / acceleration method. The research method uses qualitative methods by processing secondary data data including: project master schedule, cost budget plan, work progress report and contract. Acceleration of work is carried out by crashing method on concrete structure work, Balinese facade architecture work, vinyl floor finishing work and Homogeneous Tile. Cost control analysis is based on the results of the acceleration. Data analysis showed that the crashing method with the addition of 4 hours of overtime resulted in acceleration of the work items and the overall project. The acceleration is 31 days. As well as increasing the daily wage cost for the work, so that the acceleration / crash cost required is IDR 5,639,231,575. This cost increases the indirect cost to Rp12,629,036,604 from Rp6,989,805,029. The total project cost increased to Rp145,435,332,151 from Rp139,796,100,576. Keywords: Cost, Time, Crashing Method. Perubahan kontrak pada proyek Rumah Sakit Ibu Anak (RSIA) Prof Ngoerah Denpasar dan kondisi progress realisasi yang mengalami deviasi negatif menjadi dasar dalam melakukan perubahan jadwal. Berdasarkan amandemen 1, terjadi penambahan 1 lantai, dari 4 lantai menjadi 5 lantai. Pengendalian waktu dan biaya merupakan aspek penting dalam menajamin pekerjaan kontruksi tepat waktu dan tepat biaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengetahui perubahan waktu dan biaya serta keterkaitan 2 aspek tersebut akibat metode crashing. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan mengolah data data sekunder antara lain: master schedule proyek, rencana anggaran biaya, laporan progress pekerjaan dan kontrak. Percepatan pekerjaan dilakukan dengan metode crashing pada pekerjaan struktur beton, pekerjaan arsitektur fasad bali, pekerjaan finishing lantai vinyl dan Homogeneous Tile. Analisa pengendalian biaya didasarkan pada hasil percepatan tersebut. Analisa data menunjukkan metode crashing dengan penambahan jam kerja / lembur 4 jam menghasilkan percepatan pada item pekerjaan tersebut dan keseluruhan proyek. Percepatan yang terjadi adalah 31 hari. Serta meningkatkan biaya upah harian untuk pekerjaan tersebut, sehingga biaya percepatan/ crash cost yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp 5,639,231,575. Biaya ini menambah beban biaya tidak langsung menjadi Rp 12,629,036,604 dari Rp6,989,805,029. Total biaya proyek meningkat menjadi Rp 145,435,332,151 dari Rp 139,796,100,576.
