Abstract
This study was conducted to analyze the influence of customer experience, trust, and customer satisfaction on Shopee customer loyalty in Jakarta. The population in this study were users in DKI Jakarta who had made transactions or shopped on the Shopee platform. Based on the calculation formula used by Hair et al., the sample size in this study was 150 respondents. In this study, data was collected using a survey method with a Google Form questionnaire. The research data was analyzed using SmartPLS version 4. The results of the research data obtained the results that customer experience has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, trust has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has no significant influence on customer loyalty. These results provide a signal for e-commerce platforms like Shopee that building customer loyalty behavior needs to be accompanied by other, stronger strategies in building emotional relationships, trust, and a comprehensive shopping experience, in order to encourage loyalty behavior. Keywords: Customer Experience, Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty Penelitian ini dilakukan karena memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan shopee di Jakarta. Populasi yang berada pada penelitian ini yaitu pengguna di DKI Jakarta yang pernah bertransaksi atau berbelanja di platform shopee. Berdasarkan perhitungan rumus yang dipakai Hair et al, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 150 responden. Pada penelitian data yang dikumpulkan yaitu menggunakan metode survei dengan Google Form kuesioner. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil data penelitian yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil bahwa pengalaman pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang sinifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. hasil ini memberikan sinyal bagi platform e-commerce seperti Shopee bahwa dalam membangun perilaku loyalitas pelanggan perlu diiringi dengan strategi lain yang lebih kuat dalam membangun hubungan emosional, kepercayaan, serta pengalaman berbelanja yang menyeluruh, agar dapat mendorong perilaku loyalitas.
